Learn. Apply. Build.
Graduate with evidence.
Four outcomes, eight weeks, one portfolio you leave with. FLCO's cooperative training turns the placement semester into a structured digital learning journey: you learn it, you do real work with it, your mentor reviews that work, and it becomes evidence in your portfolio.

Shift from a student's mindset — consumer of information — to a professional's mindset: producer of value.
A co-op placement with a training plan.
Most co-op placements measure your attendance. This one measures what you produced. You move through eleven courses across eight weeks. Each one opens its lessons, then a practical assignment your mentor reviews before approving it.
You do not finish a course by reading it. You finish it by getting work approved.
Evidence over attendance
Every assignment closes with a tangible deliverable — a procedure, a risk register, a configured Odoo database, a working module, a final report — that moves straight into your portfolio.
Your mentor is in the loop
Nothing is auto-approved. Your submission travels through Submitted → Under review → Revision requested → Approved.
A rhythm you run yourself
Most of the work is yours to do independently, with one to two mentor sessions a week and your own board of open tasks.
One learning loop, repeated in every course.
Lessons don't complete a course — getting your work approved does.
Eight weeks. Three phases. At least one deliverable out of every course.
Everyone takes the general phase. Your mentor opens the major-specific phase for your discipline, then the closeout in the final week.
Programme Introduction · Onboarding and Internal Communication · Productivity and Tools · Quality and Procedures · Odoo End User · Odoo End-User Exam · Project Management and Business Analysis
Deliverables: onboarding pack, ISO 9001 report, a quality management system built clause by clause, the end-user exam, and a project management research report.
Your mentor enrols you in the track for your major. For IT and Computer Science: Odoo Website (Advanced) · Module Kickoff · ERP Implementation and Reality Check.
Deliverables: a bilingual website, a custom Odoo module with its logic document, and a reality-check memo on ERP delivery in Saudi Arabia.
Final Report and Closeout, opened by your mentor in the last week.
Deliverables: your final training report with its evidence pack, and your university evaluation signed by your mentor.
You leave with things you can show, not only things you can say.
A portfolio, not a certificate of attendance.
Nine mentor-approved deliverables by the end of week 8: an onboarding pack, an ISO 9001 report, a quality management system built clause by clause, a passed Odoo end-user exam, a project management research report, and your final training report with its evidence pack. IT interns add a bilingual website, a custom Odoo module with its logic document, and a reality-check memo on ERP delivery in Saudi Arabia.
Real system experience
Hands-on configuration in Odoo — sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting and HR, built by you in your own database. You do it, you don't watch it.
Written feedback you learn from
Specific notes on every submission, kept with the work so your improvement over the weeks is visible.
A network of references
You finish with an agreed reference position from your mentor, and people who have actually seen your work.
Documentation and quality skills
Procedure writing, version control, ISO 9001 essentials, process mapping and risk logging.
Nothing counts until it is approved
Every deliverable travels through submitted, under review and revision before it is approved. A revision round is expected, not a penalty.
