How This Exam Works

Read all of this before you start. It tells you how you will be marked.

What this is

You have just been taught how to set up a company in Odoo. This exam asks you to do it again — alone, from an empty database, with no lesson telling you where to click.

The tasks are the same ones you already did. That is deliberate. The exam is not testing whether you can learn something new under pressure; it is testing whether what you learned last week actually stayed.

The rules

• Start a fresh database. Not the one from the course. An empty one.
• You may look things up. You may re-read the course lessons. That is not cheating — finding the answer is part of the job.
• You may not have someone else do it, or work through it alongside another intern.
• Do the tasks in the order given. Each one depends on the ones before it.

Proof

Every task must be submitted with a screenshot. A task with no screenshot scores zero, no matter how well you did it.

A screenshot counts as proof when:

• It shows the finished result, not the screen you were typing into
• The whole relevant window is visible, including the record's status and reference
• It is readable — full size, not a photograph of your monitor
• It is named so a marker knows which task it belongs to, for example task-4-receipt-validated.png

Collect them in one folder and submit the folder to your mentor.

How you are marked

You pass at 70. Your mentor marks the evidence pack and records your score. The score goes on your record and into your final training report.

If you fail

You retake it. Your mentor will tell you which tasks were not proved, and you redo those. Failing an exam you can retake is a smaller problem than not knowing how to do the work.
