Welcome: What This Program Is

By the end of this lesson you will know what this program is for and how it differs from a classroom.

This is an 8-week cooperative training program at Alqiyadah Aloula Company for Professional Consulting (First Leadership).

It is built on one idea: you should leave with evidence, not just exposure. Sitting in on meetings and watching other people work teaches you very little that you can show anyone afterwards. This program is built so that at the end you hold a portfolio of real work — produced against a live business problem, reviewed by a professional, with your name on it.

In practice that means:

• The work is real. It is not exercises invented for training.
• Everything you produce is reviewed by your mentor before it counts as finished.
• You are expected to research and draft first, and ask second.

What this program is not:

• It is not a lecture course. Nobody will deliver a syllabus to you.
• It is not observation. You are not here to watch.

By the end of this introduction you will know your objectives, your 8-week path, what you will produce, how you will be assessed, who to contact, and the rules you are bound by.
